One of our favourite projects, this make-over at Unley started with the humble request to replace a rotting post on the carport. On our initial site visit, this grew to include new decking around the pool, we have used Millboard in jarrah, the sidewall was rendered with rebated custom laser cut screens, a slat pool pump enclosure and glass fencing completed the pool area. Completing the front makeover the existing bullnose verandah was replaced and the existing decking was pulled up and replaced with tiling. Moving on to the rear of the property the existing timber verandah was removed and replaced with a pavilion-style verandah with louvre roofing and feature laser cut panels, Millboard decking was installed and a full wall outdoor kitchen/entertainment hub was added. Raised garden beds, seating, and artificial lawn were added to finish this amazing project.
